Steps to follow :- 

(Step 1)

1) First of create New APN Settings in Phone Setting.

Name-Airtellive.com and Leave All fields Blank.

2) Then try to open Airtellive.com from Default Browser.

3) You will Redirected to one.airtel.in/iportal/index.html.

4) Remove Sim Card From Mobile and Re-insert after 24 hrs.

5) Hurray you have successfully Unblocked.

(Step 2)

1) Create new APN Setting in Phone Setting.

Apn-airtelgprs.com

Proxy-Airtellive.com

Port-80

2) Now open airtellive.com from your Default Browser and remove you sim Card for 24 hrs

3) After 24 hrs insert your sim card

4) Hurray you have successfully unblocked.
